His Scent
A Secret Crush Unveiled by Fragrance
By Morufat Olopade Published about a year ago • 1 min read

In crowded rooms, my heart beats fast,
Whenever he walks slowly past.
His scent, a mix of woods and spice,
A fragrance rare, beyond the price.
It lingers in the air so sweet,
A silent whisper, soft and fleet.
In dreams, I chase that elusive trace,
Imagining his warm embrace.
His presence fills the empty space,
With just a hint, I see his face.
A crush so pure, so deep, so true,
All sparked by scents that drift and woo.
Though words may falter, courage spent,
My secret lies in his dear scent.
A silent hope, a gentle plea,
That one day, he will notice me.
