…..98,99,100, ready or not, here I come

You heard the countdown, I heard you run

This game we play is just for fun

But, I recall once, when I was young- a different kind of game

It was more than thirty years ago

When he cried, Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe

No matter where you try to go

I’ll catch you and I won’t let go

My mama said, I told you so…you shouldn’t play games with a ghost

But I was young and knew it all

Pride really comes before a fall

It drifted away, right through the wall

And I lived to tell the tale

Now we play hide and seek for kicks

We play kick the cans and swords with sticks

But no longer will I, fun and spirits mix

Because the dead ones always win

For Funhumorfact or fiction

Reminds me of a game me and my friends played called 'Ghost in the Graveyard'. Kind of like hide and seek. Good job and thanks for the memory.
