Her fiery radiance

Xx

By Azrael’s Aesthetics Published 5 years ago 1 min read

Her fiery radiance…

And as her hair whipped around her face and throat you could feel the crackle in the air.

The electricity tangible on the hairs of your body.

And as she walked through the land the raging fires only grew.

Spreading far and wide ever changing so never fully extinguished.

And with the tears of fury streaming down her soot covered visage she held out her petite hand.

Still willing to pull you up from the destruction and despair in your wake.

She held you and said to close your eyes, but alas you could not. You would rather risk blindness than miss a chance to see her radiance.

She held her fierce light to her and with an otherworldly howl released.

Released all that once held her captive and the chains of this earth.

And with that release she fell.

Dousing the flames, she looks at you and smiles.

Her peaceful look bringing you hope.

Hope that at last she is free and the fire within while always there, is now sated.
