Help Our NHS

The government need to step in to recognise them all

Help Our NHS

In the hospitals, where hope flickers dim,

Tired hands work, stretched so thin.

Through endless shifts, they forge ahead,

While sleepless nights weigh like lead.

The clock ticks on, no time to pause,

Bound by duty, the noblest cause.

Faces masked, hearts laid bare,

Carrying burdens too heavy to share.

A broken system, patched with care,

Yet their compassion lingers there.

Overworked, underpaid, they strive,

Keeping fragile lives alive.

But who will mend the healers’ plight,

Who labor through each weary night?

Their voices echo, a quiet plea,

For a future shaped with dignity.

Let not their efforts fade away,

In the rush of another frantic day.

For in their hands, we place our trust,

A debt to honor, fair and just.

They need more doctors, and nurses too

with a pay rise but powers that be won’t do.

Sadly in stead they heal us like NHS Slaves,

all they can do is hope for better days
