Hearts are Hurting
a poem to help aid relief efforts
Homes are burning.
Country is hurting.
Parents holding it all together.
One mama hurts,
We all hurt-
Our poor, precious babies.
Stand strong, brave face.
Be the childrens’ safe place.
One nation,
Experiencing it all.
We can choose to stand together,
To be better,
For our babies.
