Heart's words

A sad love poem

By Virginia WorthingtonPublished 6 years ago 1 min read

The heart's words are so unspoken and true. The heart's words spoken and ignored for why I shall never know. My heart sometimes hurt but you repair it with your heart's words. Many may never know but when we fight our heart's ask why. "why should you fight ,if you would rather love"! We may never answer but that's why it hurts when we fight. Love don't hate and peace not war. Let's not forge wars in our hearts anymore for that shall do nothing but hurt our souls. If we shall say we love then it should be true. My soul connects to yours as I know yours is to mine. We love more than we know but only when our heart's have been pierced by words that fly like arrows on the battlefield we call love. Why must we always aim for each other. Have we only enjoyed courting each other or maybe we should court our hearts and join them again.
