Heart On My Skin

Chip

By Rowan Finley Published 2 years ago 1 min read

Pardon me one moment,

while I don’t trust myself.

Can’t stand for another mutiny,

From my soul,

From my soul.

So, I’ll sit awhile here and ponder,

cause’ I can’t be caught out of my mind,

Out of my mind,

It’s not hard to find.

Cause I wear my mind,

On my skin,

On my skin.

Could I ever win,

With my heart on my skin,

With my heart on my skin?

Whoa, It's the anthem of every soul that’s felt too open in a too-closed world. Incredibly done, Jesse! ✨
