Healing breathing differently
using the outsider world
frequently just to absorb what
my body and brain need to know and be aware of
quickly transforming into a formless form to not to feel
the '' dolor ''
as chi entirely
as naturally as the breath
transforming another
mind cell
to come out
as free
as possible
and move out
to other kind of an unknown part
worldly felt
paradise
free from all
that doesnt serve
flying all above
and in between
the old and the now
creating no contrast
in receiving
moments of the beauty
in the pause
