He Said It, and It Was

Creation with words

By Rowan Finley Published 2 years ago 1 min read

He painted a portrait with His words!

He spoke and it was!

Existence - Bang! And there it was!

Why must we make it so complicated to understand?

Any other version or story is far too bland.

He cares and watches like a Shepherd.

His masterpiece is all around.

It’s in the eyes of a baby.

It’s in the birds in a nest.

It’s in the galaxies far and wide.

It’s in the sound of symphonies.

It’s in the rhythm of the waves.

It’s in the acts of kindness from human to human.

It’s in the heartbeats and breath of every living creature.
