My dog, Patches
Such a smart dog...
He knows when I feel down.
He knows when I'm physically not good.
He knows when it is hard to walk.
He slows down and looks at me when I'm stumbling.
He knows when I need cuddles,
Even when I think I'm hiding it.
He knows when I'll have a PNEA.
He knows to warn me if I'm not safe.
He knows when I need to feel loved,
Often before I even realize it.
I hope he also knows how much I love him.
