Harmony in Routine: A Poetic Ode to Housekeeping
Verses of Order in the Domestic Landscape

In corners dim where dust does creep,
A task unfolds, not for the meek.
With broom in hand and mop in tow,
I tackle dirt, let cleanliness grow.
No epic quest, no grand escapade,
Just simple chores, in the domestic shade.
The cluttered spaces, now unbound,
As order reigns, and peace is found.
Dust bunnies scatter, no place to hide,
As I sweep them away, with a sense of pride.
Cobwebs cling to corners, so sly,
But my duster dances, bidding them goodbye.
In the kitchen's heart, where pots and pans gleam,
I scrub and scour, a domestic dream.
Each dish and plate, in their proper space,
A symphony of cleanliness, a tidy embrace.
The vacuum hums its steady tune,
As carpets sigh beneath the moon.
A haven of neatness, where chaos once dwelled,
The house transformed, its story retailed.
No mythical journey, no legendary tale,
Just the rhythm of chores, like a steady gale.
A writer's hands, not just for prose,
Crafting a poem as the housework flows.
