Choosing to be happy
will improve our quality of life.
It is a proven fact that
‘laughter is the best medicine’.
This will have a significant impact
on our mental and physical “well-being”.
When we make a decision
to prioritize our happiness,
we are focusing on
helping ourselves mentally and physically.
This is not always easy
because we are always
so busy caring for those we love,
and making sure everyone else is happy.
Just don’t forget
that ‘YOU’ deserve to be happy and healthy too.
The rewards for focusing
on our own happiness
are worth spending 10 - 15 minutes every day
in Self-Care.
Contentment,
joy,
Cheerful,
Enjoyment.
These are all words
that signify happiness
and each one of them
is ‘good’ for our overall health.
It is something that we can do individually
to help and support
our mental and physical health.
