isn’t about what you want all the time.
It’s about
loving what you have and being grateful for it”
Many times,
happiness is ‘living in the moment’.
When we appreciate what we have today,
we rarely ‘want’ anything else.
When we are grateful
for the people we have in our lives,
we start to know what joy is.
It is important
to focus on being happy
with our lives “now”
because then
we will find the balance
that we need in life.
Happiness
comes from within our hearts
and within our lives.
Being content
with what we have in life
will give us so much peace,
and peace is so important
for our mental health.
Everything and everyone
we have in our lives
are “blessings”
and it is essential
that we remember this
every day of our lives.
Find joy in what you have today,
and love and cherish who you have
in your life.
Like life itself,
both are “gifts”.
