Halloween

Poem

By Mark GrahamPublished 3 years ago 1 min read

Halloween or All Hallows Eve-

A time for tricks or treats, and

being down right scared.

Costumes of all types from-

Ghosts,

Vampires,

Witches,

Werewolves,

to others like-

Superheroes,

Princesses,

Cartoon characters

All types of animals.

Walking through the neighborhood

in the dark with the full moon rising,

walking up to the door not knowing

what to expect.

You're at the door by yourself or with a group.

The door opens and what do you say:

" Trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat." Someone or something hands out some candy, and what did we do. Walking down the road you see what they gave you hoping it was something good- not an apple or small box of raisins.

Halloween a time to be scared and yet it is fun to be scared out of your wits and when you see the full moon and hear the howling of some animal when you are out and about just remember.

Happy Halloween!!!!!!
