The road shot north along the east coast

the sunset devoid of color

i am leaving you she said

cold then he gripped the wheel

silence and steel eyes

jerk the car left

through the rails

to the

cliff

Terribly tragic and very well written!

  • A wow work.

  • "I'm leaving you", three words that no one wants to hear. Loved your poem!

Oh no! But what a great scene in a nonet. "Silence and steel eyes" - great sibilance foreshadowing his evil sly intent.
