As freedom and bravery wait in verdant meadows and vast seas,

The Corps proudly stands, their hearts aflame, Guarding their honor, they protect their reputation.

As far as the highlands of Afghanistan and the dunes of Iwo Jima and beyond,

Beneath the blue and star-lit sky, they march with pride, their spirits high, in the stillness of night and the excitement of combat.

Armed with the bravery that comes from knowing one's heritage,

They pave the way for people like you and me,

They remain unwavering in tough conflicts,

They take the burden for the sake of freedom.

Everywhere you look, in every heart and sight, you will hear the echo of their slogan, "Semper Fi," as they battle for justice and peace.

A guiding light, every Marine

Their radiance a sight in the darkest hour,

They stand firm, despite the physical toll,

With integrity, with sacred souls.

In memory of our veterans and those who have gone before us,

Their stories will be told in the annals of time, And their impact will endure forever.

Of bravery, selflessness, and daring tales.

Thus, I toast you, the courageous, the select few,
