Walking in Balance

I am

a flower

a dancing goddess

of light

and energy.

I am a

moon dancer

loose wet and wild

seducer and seduced.

I penetrate and pierce

rounding out mystical powers.

I am a sunflower

moon goddess

pouring forth letting in.

winged and true

blending and blossoming

open

receptive

yielding.

I am desire.

Grounded in knowledge

and wisdom

my hearts beats

with springtime passion

its sequence brings

cadence to my words.

I can no longer pretend

or tolerate abnegation

I am a whirling

green dervish

on a flat plain

bringing mountains

into full view.

I am muse and music

a mosaic

I am an instrument

and instrumental

a violet, a violin

a meadow lark in tune.
