Gray Sky

Low Vitamin D

Gray skies

Turns the whole world gray

Sitting on the bus

Staring out the window

As sadness overtakes her

Her head towards the ground

Chin down

With a frown

Can the weather really affect you that bad?

That's a question that already have proven facts

Yes, no sun creates low vitamin D

A mood enhancer we need

So stop living in darkness

Take care of your physical needs

To be mentally freed

No gray sky stopping me

Still going to smile

Even if it rains

And the sky stay the same

“For this joy I have, the world didn't give it to me, and the world can’t take it away”

That's what my pastor says

I always love your poems. This is no exception. Brilliant sentiment and topic and wise words from your Pastor.
