You see that? I wanna clutch it.

But your fingers are strained with pain because you refuse to NOT touch it.

I can’t release this, it’s stronger than you’ll ever know.

And it’ll keep you prisoner if you don’t let it go.

I can’t help it, I wanna grasp it and hold it tight.

But it would be better to hold it light.

I’m afraid that if I do that then it would cease to exist.

But you have to release it to exist.

I want right now to be always and forever.

Then you have to let go or always will be never.

I want to have a calm mind of peace in this thing.

So do what you have to do and start releasing this thing.
