Golden Skies

Golden Skies

Down the Essex Coast.

On The Beach.

After a lovely warm hot day.

As the blue Skies are replaced by

Golden Skies as the sun settles down.

Watching the blue crystal elevating sea making waves, crushing like

crumbling mountains.

The sea gulls roaming around looking for leftovers, as the beach is quiet.

I could smell the tasty hot-dogs being

cooked with fried onions, my tummy

Is rumbling asking for yummy food.

What a lovely day.

Thanks for reading my poetry, if anyone wants to contact me please follow me at Mabe's Poetry on Facebook.
