Golden Flames: The Untamed Song of Daffodils

A radiant dance of hope, light, and fleeting spring’s fierce beauty

By Umar AminPublished 5 months ago 1 min read

Golden trumpets burst awake—spring’s clarion call!

Daffodils erupt in wild, untamed dance,

Faces like suns, drenched in radiant thrall,

Swaying—trembling—in the breath of chance.

Beneath the fragile blush of morning light,

They sparkle—fleeting jewels in emerald fields,

Petals soft as whispers, pale and bright,

Secrets spun where shadow gently yields.

A meadow trembles, breath held tight,

As golden flames flicker and leap,

Butterflies flutter in dizzy flight,

Chasing dreams where silence sleeps.

Oh, ephemeral sparks of fragile spring,

You blaze, you flicker—hope’s fierce gleam!

Your beauty—a wild, relentless thing,

A kaleidoscope spun from a dream.

Storms rage—winds howl—but still you glow,

Brave flames against the dying frost,

Memory etched in petal and bough,

Life’s pulse found, then never lost.

Here, in your incandescent throng,

I stand—awestruck—grasping grace,

A humble witness to your song,

Light imprisoned in time’s embrace.
