To have faith

God’s Speed

Does God talk to you?

Have your mind you lost

What do you do,

To pay the scared cost?

A message for me,

Have you to say.

Will it set me free

With life beyond the grave?

Your story that you tell,

I find it very odd

In Heaven I will dwell,

If I yield to your God

You tell me of an evil

That wants to possess my soul.

Yet all I see are people

That are obsessed with control.

Why must I wait

For your God’s reward?

You say I must have faith

That I will be restored.

What is your proof?

You ask me to believe.

Is this the truth,

Or a lie to deceive?

While I dwell in a dark hole

Surround by such hate.

Why to save my very soul

Be a question of blind faith?
