Giant Gentles

Tall and intimidating they may seem

But inside a warm heart

That always, with pride and warmth, beams.

Of their outside,

Don't be afraid;

Look inside

At the heart God has made.

It's made of gold and all things precious

That no one can buy or sell.

That is why it's for you I fell.

The language of love through action

Reminds me of my childhood kisses

From the ones that mattered most.

Teddy bears are made for this reason

To look at the inside

Of your heart and mine

And find the gold you can't mine.

Music and writing-- two constants in my life that I'll forever be grateful for as I bring pieces of my heart to the page, my good side and my bad sides— hope all my sides are good stories to tell. Enjoy!!
