What is Gestalt?
G is for grouping,
E is for educating such group, some way,
S is for separating issues from a group,
T is for test,
A is for allegience in some form,
L is for learning,
T is for talk it through.
C is for communication within group,
O is for the opportunity to share, somehow,
U is for understanding always,
N is for notetaking,
S is for steady,
E is for entering discussion,
L is for listening, too,
O is for ownership showing,
R is for reasoning to get an answer for you.
(This is what Gestalt theory is to me.)
