I can't remember when my hand's first touched a control,
but i understood it's language, when I exchanged it for my soul
Door's get closed, blinds get shut, a steady wave of silence,
power button on breathes a gently whisper "Welcome home your highness"
We are who we are internal love without a regret in choice,
you hear our passion across the world without ever using our voice
Worlds are created, escape reality, go blindly and get lost,
were misunderstood loner's that are eager to destroy the next boss
Time does not exist when you are one of us,
whether PC or Console, In video game's we trust
You have no lives as they scream a senile disclaimer,
everyday I live many you fool, for "I AM A GAMER"

You put words to an experience a lot of people share but can’t explain. I love how you describe it as both a home and a world where time disappears. It’s creative, passionate, and true to the gamer spirit. Well done.
Good morning, this was a little easier considering my love for gaming. I have had a console controller in my hand for as long as i can remember. I have a part 2 in mind with the concept, just haven't written it yet. Stay tuned. Be Safe. Started 05/13 Finished 0513
