Control and relax, every joint.

Don't be disheartened by any mistake,

Be strong, don't run and flake.

Look around, observe the field,

Choose your weapons on the battlefield!

Sharpen, polish, strengthen your board,

Tighten your grip upon your sword.

Toss and turn, to and fro,

Cut and slash, then to go!

Push and wrestle throughout the night,

Press on, and wage your fight!

Step in, And don't give in,

Step up your game, and win.
