Frozen Custard
A delicious free-verse poem about a frozen dessert!
Frozen custard-
creamy and icy pudding
that freezes in the freezer
like edible snow.
Berry vanilla cheesecake,
peppermint chocolate chip,
baby pink strawberry
and gold medal ribbon.
In a crispy triangle,
a miniature glass tub,
or a stone marble boat;
dig in and swallow the sweetness.
Showered with chocolate syrup,
crunchy rainbow confetti,
sticky strawberry preserves
or graham cracker crumbs.
