Your eyes tell me you love me

Your heart longs to do what's right

Friends influence you to put out the light.

My eyes sparkle when I see you

My heart plays tug-of-war

Friends tell me I deserve so much more.

When the time is right, our hearts will skip a beat

We will know it's meant to be

We will feel the defeat.

Our eyes will melt into each other...our faces will glow

Fate will be the one

To determine the life we will bestow.

Your eyes sparkle when you see me

My eyes tell you I love you

What happened to the love we had valued?

We're so different

Yet our hearts beat the same

We both need to realize that love is not a game.

We're playing tag on each other's heart

Neither of us want to be apart.

Our eyes will tell the truth

What's meant to be will be

Our heart's will see.
