From Drab to Fab: A Journey to Self-Appreciation

Surely you will have realized that most the pictures of the moon or sun setting do not depict all the beauty? Still, you do not question the beauty of the sky while you are clearly aware of the capabilities of the camera. This is the attitude you should also take when approaching yourself. You are as shining as the sky of tomorrow, in each and every way.

Do not underestimate the people that you are touching as you allow your light to shine I am telling you – don’t do it. There shouldn’t always be a deeper meaning or fatalistic purpose to existence – sometimes it’s enough to appreciate a stroll, pizza, or nature. That's a life well-lived.

I came into this world to witness the wonders of life: the blooming flowers, rippling water in rivers or sea, rising sun or setting sun, etc. The extraordinary situations and non-ordinary individuals are always a focus.

Occasionally I am overwhelmed with so many options that I only remember to pursue the choice decisions. In every case, whether it goes well or I mess up somewhere or the other, the act of doing it is a success in itself. It’s always important to aim high but don’t let the disease of perfectionism cripple you. Stay focused, enjoy the process, and accept the result.

In other words, the only light I can source inside me is the one that guides me and transforms me from looking upward to shining in whichever way I am made to shine. All the other things will automatically fit in with growth and progression as you continue to mature. This means that instead of wasting time comparing yourself with others, use the same energy to transform your life.

May you read greatly, go everywhere, and glow well. I pray that you strive to be a wonderful person with an amazing presence, vibrant character, and exciting life. We should continue our personal growth process and our efforts to make each of us an ideal person.
