In the gentle glow of friendship's light,
Where laughter dances through the night,
I Thank God. For a friend who makes my life bright.
Through seasons of joy and times of sorrow,
We've shared our hopes for a better tomorrow.
Hand in Hand, we've faced each test,
And with unwavering faith in our hearts,
We're blessed.
In your smile, I find my cheer, In your presence, all worries disappear.
Your words bring comfort, a soothing embrace,
Your thoughts solve my troubles, a calming grace.
With you, every moment is a pure gem,
A treasure is more precious than my life.
In our life, let's raise a toast, To the bond that means the most.
Through thick and thin, come what may,
Forever friends, in every way.
So here's to you, my dear friends true,
With a heart so warm and a soul so pure

In breaking news, rehabilitated Republican Senator Johnnie Johnson (Pronouns: HE, HIM, HIS) called a press conference from the Men’s room of the New Orleans Louis Armstrong International Airport, Concourse B, across from the Ignatius Reilly’s Lucky Dog stand. The Senator had just returned from a sexual reorientation rehabilitation program in Memphis, TN after being publically disgraced at a Buckee’s Truckstop restroom soliciting sex from an undercover cop three months ago. He is a founding member of the Reformed Christians for Christ, a conservative, pro-family and ex-gay advocacy group. In the spirit of being reborn, Senator Johnson invited reporters to marvel at his plans for a major remodeling of airport bathrooms.

It makes me emotional every time I read anything about friends . . . Because It's my last year with my friends too. We're going to be apart from this college. Your poem makes me feel all our memories together.
