Forget your troubles for a moment and embrace yourself and your surroundings
Forget your troubles for a moment and embrace yourself and your surroundings
Think for me, that you are inside peaceful
Briefly; you can permit the tumult to leave
Your brain and your body. Shut your eyes,
You're under an oak tree in midsummer.
Coast your hands through the grass,
Finger the earth, sit calmly, and breath.
How quiet nature is, pay attention to it;
Perhaps a breeze murmurs this in your ear:
Relinquish everything, it's OK.
The peaceful setting addresses you,
Along these lines, you do; you let go, delicately
Of your concerns, your feelings of trepidation, your nerves;
They don't make any difference now, not here.
You see a chaffinch overhead;
Its bosom offers warmth, its cap offers harmony.
Differences of variety that stroke the spirit
In floods of rapture, rising above you
Past the world you know to your own place
Of otherworldly rising; There you go.
Presently your magnificence is clear to you,
Your shine, transmitting past the obstructions
Of your body interfacing with everybody,
You are a gift to the world, you are saintly,
Playing with the possibility of eternality
That has previously been accomplished
Through the music of your affection.
