Forever Near

Do not weep for me, though I’m gone,

I’m the breeze at the break of dawn.

The quiet hush as day begins,

The warmth that touches your skin.

I’m the stars that shine at night,

A soft glow in the fading light.

When you feel alone, look to the sky—

I am the whisper that drifts nearby.

I see the tears you try to hide,

The ache you carry deep inside.

But know I’m free from pain,

And through your love, I live again.

Hold to the memories we mad and shared,

In every laugh, in all you dared.

For I am woven in all you do—

A part of me will live in you.

So walk this life with hope, not fear,

Feel my presence always near.

Though we are parted, I’m never far—

Forever with you, wherever you are.
