The deep forest, dark and still,
A place of mystery, wonder, and thrill,
The trees are tall, their branches wide,
A world of secrets, where creatures hide.
The rustling leaves, the chirping birds,
The whispering wind, the howling herds,
The silence broken by a twig's snap,
As creatures scurry in their daily lap.
The canopy above is a tapestry,
A blend of green, gold, and ivory,
The sun rays filter through the leaves,
And light up the ground, like golden sieves.
The mossy boulders, the babbling brook,
The fragrance of flowers, like a book,
Tell stories of love, of life, of strife,
A world of beauty, beyond human life.
The deep forest, a place of peace,
Where time slows down, and worries cease,
Where one can find solitude and grace,
And connect with nature, in this wild place.
So, wander deep, into the woods,
And soak in the wonder of the goods,
For the forest is a haven for the soul,
And its beauty, a timeless goal.
