You must have heard
of Shinrin-yoku —
the Japanese philosophy
of forest bathing.
It says our wellbeing
needs ample nature.
So, seek woodland
to find serenity, spirituality
to diminish stress,
to feel fresh.
If you don’t find
a forest or grove,
a single tree
can still soothe
and comfort you.
Sit under the tree,
marvel at its resilience,
appreciate how it nurtures
other creatures.
Hug a tree,
let its goodness envelop you.
No need to pop
those mental health pills.
It may be difficult
to find a grove
in today's concrete jungles —
but not a tree, I’m sure.
So, seek a tree
and achieve tranquility
in a chaotic world.

What a great suggestion for I had a small grove of trees while actually it was kind of a small meadow in the woods where I grew up. There was a narly tree that I kind of used like a cabin it has so many branches to sit down and enjoy. Good job.
Very interesting 🌼♦️🌼
