For just one word, those years of bonds were lost,

But in the end, some faces knew the cost.

Was it my fame—or shame they came to see?

My tales had reached that street ahead of me.

So close they were, like blood within my vein,

Yet in my tears, they saw me not through pain.

Madness, it seems, became my destined way,

Wherever I went, the silence chose to stay.

Still in my mind, their fragrant memories bloom,

We once turned barren fields to gardens in full plume.

How cruel, that even night had marked me dead,

And when the morning came—it cursed me still instead.
