Lavendula -

In a single moment,

you see her

the sweetness softly fills the air,

a dream-like aura

Gently glancing in your direction,

A smile glows across her face.

You feel reassurance,

that everything is okay ...

It sinks into your skin like soapy suds,

With floral clouds hazing around you

Slowly,

Closing your eyes,

Softly touching your cheek,

Giving you comfort

and protection,

From when you feel weak

Holding you in her arms,

The pastel purples swirl and sway,

Slipping away from another day

Rosa -

Standing tall, admired by all

The sword is drawn with valor,

Shielding you, through and though

Protecting, ever after.

The sweetest scent, in all the land

Famously, it pricks the hand

Ruby droplets, so there be

Painful though, it is the fee

For love is a chimera,

Ever changing, ever waning.

Be it parent, partner, sibling

Ever shelter when it’s raining.

A passion deep and red,

From shared blood, to shared love,

A crimson ever blooming,

Sharing views of skies above.

Sambucus (Elder) -

Basking in sunlight,

lost in daydream,

adorned with such beauty,

with laces of cream,

draped ‘cross her shoulder

her collarbones green.

The air, filled with sweet wines,

Floral and delicate

Little known, her magic deep,

Ne’er has evil taken step

Toward the changing vision

Her flowers and petals,

Too pure and too honest

Her word remains true,

Just as she had promised

To give and provide,

Nurture and heal,

From flowers to fruit,

Her wisdom is real.

Serralata (Sakura Cherry Blossom) -

The aged arms raised strong against the sky,

A chorus of fairies, fluttering by

A deep and easy inhale,

A long and calm exhale

As pastel pixies in pinks and whites

Dance in pirouettes along the breeze

Leave kisses on the branches of their grandfather

And all the world is a blissful ease

An empire of strength and ingenuity

Halted in their paths to stop and watch

For a moment, simply…

to breath,

to see

And smell

And be

Salvia (Sage) -

He reaches out his hand,

And then takes yours in his.

With everything as he’d planned,

He breathes a soft,

ashen

breathe

into you,

The whisps travel through your skin

And it brightens you, the cracks healing

Banishing the energies that tie you down

Ghostly spectres floating,

Upwards and then out of you

Into the ether they go,

First a couple, then a few

Into the nothingness..

gone

But he remains,

There for your immunity

Protecting you, your purity.
