Finding Peace in Memory

A Poetic Journey Through Time and Reflection

By Printique StudiosPublished about a year ago 1 min read
Earth Beneath

I can still remember skies painted in gold,

The earth beneath my feet, warm and alive.

Each step, a promise—endless tales untold,

Where every breath was meant to thrive.

The trees, they hummed in a language long lost,

A cadence that stirred the deepest part of me.

I followed winds that never knew the cost,

Of seeking what I could not see.

Then came the turn—the quiet shift of thought,

As moonlight bathed the ground in silver light.

I found that joy is not the prize we’ve sought,

But moments stitched from dusk into the night.

And in that space between the stars and ground,

The peace I sought was always there, around.
