Finding Joy in Less, Living with More Intention

A frictionless life is certainly delightful, and a man who has a plain and unpretentious heart is actually happy. Energy is valuable because life is valuable, thus avoid spending efforts on unimportant issues whenever you are in a position where you cannot alter the circumstances, simplify, and accept them. Having no worry means happiness starts to bloom.

The more such substantive impressions are accumulated the more one gets tempted to find beauty in simplicity. Lastly, in the future, it is time to have a more limited circle of friends.

Do not entertain people who make you lose your strength. Speak more calmly, relax, let your soul be as quiet as it can be, and perform your tasks in a manner that is attentive.

Let go of the past. Continued operation should be light, living as a minimalist. When the heart is at peace, and there is no obstruction in the circle, the course of life is smooth. The less complex things are the more comfortable and happy we are.
