Though the storm prevails,
It’s wind guides my sails
And yet,
Many advise me to seize,
My heart, forever grieves
Like the rocking waves,
Loyal for a price
What’s the price?
Trust,
For fear drowns,
And trust is but a float
Still…I press onwards
At least these waves will caress my woes
For none other is brave enough to face these waters…

I love how “trust is but a float” captures the fragility of hope amid chaos. It feels like someone who’s made peace with resilience—not untouched by pain but transformed by it. Beautifully fierce, just like its title. 💖
This is full of that teetering emotion that we seem to experience as people.
