Few Minutes of Magnificent Flaming Fame

Mind's Plot

By Rowan Finley Published 6 years ago 1 min read

They won't ever see it coming,

Heartbeat and pulse drumming.

This is what I always wanted...

To be popular, not socially stunted.

This will get their attention!

In the news they'll be sure to mention...

All my dastardly brilliance,

The fact that I am not full of innocence.

I can hardly wait for my few minutes of fame,

And to think about everyone's scorning-shame.

My plan is so sick it's sweet

I will not continue to live in defeat.

My fingers are buzzing with delight,

It's going to be quite the sight!

They'll be rushing to survive,

But their lives, I will surely deprive.
