Feel Loved

Your body is a temple

~~ ~~

Your spirit is housed inside your body as a guest.

The body, your temple, changes along life's quest. ~~ ~~ ~ ~~ ~~

You are a composite identity of ancient genes, with a unique mind,

that can adjust how history and current situations, are entwined.

~~ ~ ~~

You can design your fluid canvas by adjusting what lies within.

Clear the noise so your authentic life’s journey can begin.

~~ ~~

Each spirit tattoos a message onto the heart.

Deciphering its meaning is an emerging art.

~~ ~~

You can act in ways that can annoy and destroy

or harness power to radiate love and joy.

~~ ~~

Hope, trust and love are part of a secret recipe,

that transforms fear and anger, so you can fulfill your destiny.

~~ ~~

The cat gets small before it leaps.

The bird sings but first it peeps.

~~ ~~

A flash of lightning is the start

then thunder rumbles in the heart.

~~ ~~

When the sweet spot rings true at the core

there is no need nor want for more.

~~ ~~

Live fully knowing everything will die.

Be brave, spread your wings and fly.

~~ ~~

You are a part of the universe,

and the universe is part of you.

Feel loved.

You truly are part of the glue.

This article has some interesting ideas. The talk about the spirit and body makes me think about how our inner selves interact with our physical forms. And the bit about hope, trust, and love transforming fear and anger - that's something we could all use more of in our lives. How do you think we can apply these concepts in our daily routines?

congratulations on TS. I especially love the last line: You truly are a part of the glue. For so long, and for an unknown reason, I never felt like I was a part of anything. And yet, again for another unknown reason, here I am, more welcomed that I ever thought possible. Yes, I realize now that I am part of the glue. THIS POEM IS BRILLIANT.
