Feeling means to be open & vulnerable.
To be fragile like a flower.
To allow your inner life to become your outer life.
To expose the real truths of who you are. Not to live behind a lens of false positives & fake gloss.
Being a real feeling person means you can cry. You can cry & release your emotions.
You can speak freely, be open about who you are. You will be judged. You will be disliked. And it doesn’t matter. Because life isn’t about mass acceptance, it is about living, being, seeing & speaking your truth.
It is about loving exactly who you want to love. Without question. With complete honesty. Loving them so completely, truly & fully.
You don’t require mass approval in truth, to be heard. You just need to de-amour & expose yourself to the real trembling, fumbling, stumbling truth of your essence.
We have become people of facade & perfection. Of curation & illusion. Of glamour and cosmetic armour.
Real life is candid. It is exposed and it is challenging & it is raw.
It is smeared mascara from tears. It hurts your body from the trauma of healing life’s hurts. It is brutally lonely & you must dig deeper to truly heal.
Deep healing work is gutsy & brave. It gets rejected often by its truth. You see people like fake happy & pretend smiles.
When you gloss over life & make it superficial, superior, only full of bliss, grace, joy & perfection you omit the deep challenging soul work required to level up.
In truth, shadow work is deep, dark, gnarly, twisted & isolated.
When people are not able to feel. They do not heal.
We must cry from fear, from joy, from bliss, from anger, from happiness & from all our emotions. Not medicated and numbed.
Tears are sacred, the water in our body is sacred.
Tears are designed to be released for a multitude of reasons. Crying is healing & healthy for all people. Big & small. Tiny & old. Masculine, feminine or binary.
Tears store patterns of human information.
Tears are instruments of beauty, sacred devices of true release & cathartic cleanse.
So remember to feel. To feel your life. To feel yourself. To feel who you have been & what has shaped your life. To feel who you are right now & what needs to be done. And then to feel who you want to be & make it manifest.
