Fear and the Fight Within

Fear stands like a shadow deep in the night,

A whispering voice that dims your light,

It creeps through the cracks of a hopeful heart,

Telling you, "Stop before you even start."

It settles in like a cold, dark fog,

Wrapping its tendrils around every thought,

Paralyzing dreams, making goals feel distant,

Whispering doubt, feeding on resistance.

Fear tells you to turn back, to not make a sound,
