A heart is racing

Pupils are blown wide

And intellect forgets to spell

A tongue finds itself tied

A smile shorts their circuits

That's not how it's meant to be

There's no logic to it

No rationality

But when they catch each other's eye

The forget to blink

They forget to breathe

They forget to think

One has to make a move

No room to assume

That this stranger also feels

The sparks from across the room

Is it stars in alignment?

Maybe it's chance

To see your future in a stranger's eyes

Fate in a glance

About the Creator

Thourne

I just really like writing and finally grew enough of a back bone to do something about it; enter my chaos era haha!

But honestly, I just enjoy creating, You can find my works and current projects on my website: Thourne.com.
