Fast food, oh how it tempts

With its burgers, fries, and condensed dips

Convenient and quick, drive-thru satisfaction

When hunger strikes, it's our go-to action

But let's not forget the long-term toll

On our health, it takes a devastating role

High fat content and processed meats

Our arteries clog, our hearts skip a beat

In fast food joints, we indulge and feast

But forget the harm, it causes at least

Elevated sugar and salt intake

Leads to obesity, a mistake we can't make

So let's be mindful of what we eat

A balanced diet, we must greet

And leave behind those fast food chains

For healthier choices, we must gain.
