At what I had found

Making their rounds
I was Smiled to myself
Without making a sound

Smiling is great and laughter even better. I practice laughter yoga and they will start with smileups. I was told that our brain doesn't know the difference between fake smiles and real, so smile away to have a better day as they will set off our feel good chemicals! Thank you for sharing your smiles!😊🥰
