art is a meditation you feel cleaned and anchored well with eyes open wide. Meditation has earned recognition as a mindfulness tool. It does not work for me. But I find spiritual cleansing and deep focusing with my creativity. Art is my meditation.

This was very thoughtful. I love that we don't just get the perspective of the leaf but also the butterflies. How beautiful they are, but how forgotten. Nice work, Shaun. Oh and... Well. I have already written a haiku that has butterflies in it. Like I focused on it a bit in the haiku (haven't published it yet). I am just now seeing your haiku. So I am giving a kind heads up. Just incase the idea seems strangely familiar. Although it may not sound anything like your amazing one, but just to be safe 🤗❤️
