Falling Dangerously
I Just Can't Stop Falling In Love With Another.
Falling,
Falling,
Falling,
Trying hard to stop both hearts from breaking,
Falling,
Out of control,
Was it your eyes?
Your intoxicating voice?
Or
Just the way you looked at me?
Two hearts are supposed to beat together,
Where did the third come from?
Oh!
Please get me out of this dangerous love triangle,
It wasn't meant to be,
You and me,
It was meant to be,
Me and him
It was supposed to mean eternity,
Here we go,
Shhh!
He texted me,
quick,
Hide that phone,
Then again;
Whose to say the heart was meant to beat, red forever,
Isn't love supposed to be free, unconditionally?
Falling,
Falling,
Falling,
Dangerously,
I just can't stop falling,
Does he know?
Will he hate me?
I'm not doing anything wrong,
It isn't even real!
It's probably some stupid crush,
I've been made to feel,
But here I am,
Once more at his feet,
I kneel,
Begging for this heart,
It's fate to seal,
Falling,
Falling,
Falling,
Please make it stop!
Breaking my vows is not my thing,
Hearts everywhere,
Hitting the ground;
His heart!
Smashing into little pieces of
broken glass,
But still I keep falling,
falling,
falling,
I don't want to hurt anyone,
but,
This is not me,
It's painful,
Intoxicating,
No!
Exhilarating;
I see danger,
I can even smell it,
POISON!
Creeping upon me,
Like a bitch!
Falling,
Falling,
Falling,
My heart is not working,
This is traitorism at its best,
There must be a spell at work,
Putting my heart to the test,
Falling,
Harder,
Faster,
Until I break,
It's not true love,
Make no mistake!
It can't be,
I belong to another,
Two hearts are meant to love each other,
This is shameful,
Torture,
EmbarraSsing,
Not my nature!
I'm addicted to you,
It must be a spell,
Though there is no potion,
To break this living hell!
Falling,
Falling,
Falling,
I guess this is human nature,
Commitment Law can't break!
It is dangerous,
I know,
To be in love with two,
Intoxicating!
The world will disagree with what my heart wants,
They will say I'm greedy,
So will he,
One can't be open,
And expect to keep their dignity,
But what about needs?
We are human,
Were we not born with needs?
We were put here to love in many ways!
Uh-oh,
There goes my heart, trying to rationalize that
which can't be rationalized at all!
Do I really need to make sense of this?
Can I not just discreetly enjoy it?
After all,
It's not sex!
Only one person goes there,
And we know who that is,
Falling,
Falling,
Falling,
And,
Falling some more,
I guess everyone ends up caught in these chains,
No matter who they are,
Love is not black and white, just because a book and a
piece of paper, says so,
Maybe it's not our human nature to love just one person after
all,
Should we really feel like criminals for loving more than one?
Can't we just be?
Feel what we feel?
Surely,
We'd be uncaring to ourselves to not allow ourselves
to experience the full circle of that emotion called
love?
Falling,
falling,
falling,
Boundaries!
Where are you?
This is not me,
It's not my head,
It's my heart,
And the heart wants what it wants,
Is something missing?
I thought my life was fulfilled,
Satisfied?
Falling,
Falling,
Falling,
I just can't stop falling in love with another,
