Fairy Garden

Enjoying the playful nature of fairies from within the mind

By Toby HewardPublished 2 years ago 1 min read

They are found dancing on a midnight clear,

Not giving any attention to sadness or fear.

Always happy to spread some joy wherever they please,

Frolicking like children after a cold banishing sneeze.

No one knows from where they have come,

But wherever it is much have a very playful drum.

With each little step comes the sound of faint music,

Soft yet bold like a rustic campfire classic.

Upon every little beat you hear the forest sing,

Giving rise to a show that would even please a king.

Yet as fast as they came their presence soon lulls,

Leaving us all puzzled in a game the mind pulls.

I await for them here to give a ever grand encore,

But it might have to wait; the buns are quite sore.
