Fairies playing in the snow,

Golden wings of sunlight glow.

Intricate snowflakes falling free,

Melting on the nose tip

Of a chilly fairy.

The fairies’ noses

and cheeks rosy red,

Sparkling with glitter

From toes up to head.

They are so happy,

So playful and sweet,

Finding the falling snow

A delightful fairy treat.

When Down in the glen

A few fairies call,

For help of their friends

To roll a big ball.

Several flew in

To answer their friends

And help make a snowman

To dance In their glens.

They quickly worked

in the falling snow

Assembling a friend,

We would all come to know.

With a sprinkle of magic,

Of corn cobs and coal,

With magic fairy dust

And a whole lot of soul.

These fairies made him special

And gave him a name,

And with the magic of their wands,

He came to life that day.

His name is Frosty,

I bet you didn’t know,

He was made,

And brought to life,

By fairies in the snow!

Dedicated to a special little girl who adds magic to this world, my beautiful granddaughter Neva.

Love you with all my heart, Mimi.

Mary Moon

Witchy...magicky...lefty...me!

Weaver of words and spirit of glee!

I follow my bliss and so you will see,

this helps the magic flow freely for me.

I hope in my energy a space you will find

to get lost in the magic one word at a time.
